See Out

 

This first step - See Out - is to allow us to be aware and conscious hence, learn from our experiences in interacting with other humans and our surroundings. 

 

Every phenomenon for which our experience takes form has a story behind it, its reason(s) for happening and how we have contributed towards it. Our experiences does not only include our interaction with other humans and other inhabitants of this world but also our observation of the natural phenomena. From the big picture of our interconnectedness with the universe, this step to See Out helps us recognise the centrality of our position in the universe as the participant-observer.

 

The experiences through Seeing Out should be the trigger point for the next step - Look In.
